Everyone needs to escape the office sometimes. Welcome to your vibrant HUB lounge. This occupant-only area was designed as a space to catch up with a colleague or even hold a casual meeting away from your usual surroundings. Discover its library, lounge, bar area and designated quiet spaces, all appointed with Herman Miller furniture, a Bose sound system, and free WIFI access. The HUB is available for corporate events or any celebration you can think of.

Fitness Centre
When you need to just sweat off the day-to-day, come to your onsite fitness centre without leaving the building. Exclusively for tenants of Bow Valley Square, our new gym and wellness centre is loaded with ways to do your body good. Weight and cardio machines, yoga sessions, towel service, group classes and amazing showers are just the beginning.
Conference Centre
For an offsite that’s not too “offsite,” bring your event downstairs to the Conference Centre. These five handsome, tech-forward rooms are the perfectly flexible option for a staff meeting, product launch, or brainstorming session. With their dazzling new AV capacity, sleek design, and the convenience of being just steps away, you’ll be proud to do business here.

Rooftop Patio
Our +30 rooftop patio offers the ideal oasis for private events, a casual lunch outside with coworkers, or simply a moment to get some fresh air. With its picnic tables, barbecues, green roof, and beehive station, it’s the ideal place to recharge – and always just moments away from your office or shop. Park Site
Green space is important for your wellbeing. Take a break from your day and stroll on over to our park, easily accessible on the +15 level. Bring your lunch and stretch out on the grass with one of the provided picnic blankets we offer tenants. While open to the public, the park can also be booked for private events.
